📦 Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
📦 Succulents
We prepare them for ideal shipping conditions by packing bare root (this means it comes without soil but has roots) and delicately wrapped in toilet paper and cotton as padding. This helps reduce the risk of rot and injury to the plant during shipping.
Succulents can take a few days or even weeks to recover from their travels. This is completely normal and no need to worry. Be patient. They will thrive again.
Succulents are live plants and they do change color in different seasons, we try our best to provide the most updated photo in our store, and the condition when you receive the plant, but we can't control the environment where the plants go and how they are grown in their destination, so the color might change in their new environment. This is outlined in our succulent care guide, here.
